Tis the season of colds and flu, and also my urgent care clinics in Texas and Arkansas have the patients to establish it. There are a number of things you can begin doing today to come up with your own Super Human Immune System. They include:

Retrain Your Mind

Retrain your mind to not think in getting sick. It’s easy to think our surroundings makes us sick. The truth, however, is we’re all surrounded by the very same bacteria and viruses day in and day out. Yet some people are always sick, but others stay healthy.

Understand that disease might also be spelled dis-ease. When your immune system is in a condition of dis-ease from fatigue or stress, the exact same virus which was benign and helpless on your body suddenly has an chance to make you sick now. You need to train your brain to fight off disease. Develop an “I don’t get sick” mindset. Your attitude about health is the most important thing you can do to develop your own Super Human Immune System.

Practice Imaging

Stop Smoking

Have an Hour of Power

Everyone needs “me” time. Take 1 hour per day, and use it for you. During that hour you could exercise, journal, strategy, target set, read inspiring books or meditate. Just make sure you are doing things that you like

Don’t use the hour to reply e-mails, do chores or daily activities, make telephone calls, or engage in other “urgent” items that can create stress. Simply take 1 hour each day and make it about you. You’ll be amazed what this does to your inner peace.
