There’s also yoga, diet modification, hypnosis or possibly a holistic approach you could try. Having done yoga (in a really heated room!) It’s not just great exercise, it is good for your general health. It is wise to bring extra towels. You’ll sweat a lot! Yoga is a terrific way to relieve tension and anxiety and you learn how to concentrate on your breathing also.

I have to admit that although I’ve tried hypnosis, it didn’t work for me. However, I’d suggest trying this as it does work for many others. It’s a recognized form of therapy for anxiety anxiety attacks. As stated previously, not everything works all of the time and this was true for me as much as hypnosis was worried. I did take away the advantages of learning to relax.
