Some of the best seafood for your yeast diet is shrimp, wild salmon, catfish and other fresh water fish, octopus, squid, halibut, cod, flounder, snail, and red snapper. It is important to drink plenty of water. Water will flush out the toxins in the body. Drink spring water and some distilled water each day.
You don’t need to keep on the yeast diet forever either. When you’re cured of candida you can return to a normal diet. It is suggested that you stick to the yeast diet, however. You will feel better and the candida won’t return as long as you’re on the yeast diet.
